This is an exceptional home in a great location that is very quiet and boasts its own separate entrance upstairs for guests. There is also a spa and swimming pool for the use of guests at no charge. Plenty of parking is available if you are bringing a car.
Three Bedroom Apartment Accommodation:
Ideal self contained accommodation for families and groups, only share the apartment with other guests by agreement, otherwise it is all yours.
The living room opens onto a large deck which overlooks the swimming pool and the Garigal National Park.
There are no carpets, making the rooms ideal for allergy sufferers. The furnishings are also child-friendly.
B&B Guestroom types:
Jan's Forestville Bed and Breakfast has three guest rooms available - a queen size room, a twin share and a single room.
Bed and Breakfast Room rates:
Single room - $60.00 per night.
Queen or Double room - $80.00 per night.
A cot is available.
Special rates are available for long stays, families and groups, please contact Jan for more information.
The bathroom facilities are shared and include a bath tub and shower.
Guest Bedrooms:
All rooms have been recently refurbished and include ceiling fans, new beds and new linen.
Tea, coffee and light breakfast are included with the room rate.
Facilities:
A fully equipped kitchen is available for the exclusive use of guests. The kitchen appliances are new and include fridge, dishwasher, gas stove and oven.
Other facilities provided free of charge include an iron, television, video, clock radio, toaster and hair dryer.
